Delivery & Return
Locco Fashion (Locco Apparel Ltd) makes every effort to ensure all goods dispatched are in perfect condition. Should there be a problem or fault with the goods, please return them within 14 days. We will exchange or issue a credit or refund for damaged items at our discretion. Please note that we will not issue a credit or refund on delivery charges.
We can ship to most addresses in the UK.
We offer delivery worldwide. We dispatch your shipment within 1-2 working days.
For UK destinations, estimated delivery time would be 1-3 working days after dispatch.
For International destinations, estimated delivery time of most of countries would be 1-2 weeks after dispatch.
Shipping cost is only a flat-rate of £8 per order for UK customers.
We offer free shipping for orders over £300 (excluding shipping fee & VAT).
Shipping costs for oversea countries will base on weights of goods.
All EU customers must provide a valid VAT number when registering an account at LOCCO Fashion in order to acquire Zero-rated VAT at the checkout. The EU identity is based on the delivery address. Our system will automatically provide zero-rated VAT on your order once we have confirmed the validity of the number. We will invoice the company pointed by the VAT number you provided. If you don't provide the valid VAT number, you will be charged at UK VAT rate.
We accept returns for faulty goods (in original condition) in 14 days of delivery and offer for full refund for the goods. If you need to return an item, please contact us either by telephone on +44 (0) 161 425 1990 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, name and address and a description of the reason you wish to return the goods to us. We will notify you the return address and issue you a return ID.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return carrier. However, in many cases you will receive refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Any refunds though will be credited to the original payment method.
